GLORYWOMB HEALTH INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: August 25, 2026 | Last updated: August 25, 2026
Glorywomb, LLC (“Glorywomb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Health Information Privacy Policy (“Notice”) as required by statute in certain jurisdictions (e.g. the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370). This Notice describes how we collect, use, and share information that identifies your past, present, or future health status, including reproductive and pregnancy-related information (“Health Information”) and explains the rights available to you. This Notice supplements but does not replace our general Privacy Policy [Link].
1. Categories of Your Health Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of your Health Information through the Glorywomb application (“App”) and www.glorywomb.com (“Site”) (App and Site together are referred to as the “Services”):
- Estimated baby due date.
- Contraction records.
- Kick count records.
- Labor timing and progress records.
- Inferences drawn from the above that identify or are associated with your health status (for example, an inferred trimester, due-date proximity, or labor status).
2. Purposes for Which We Collect and Use Your Health Information
We collect and use your Health Information to:
- Provide the features of the Services;
- Maintain and secure your account;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Personalize content and recommendations within the app;
- Comply with our legal obligations; and
- Any other purpose only with your separate, affirmative consent, obtained before that additional use begins.
We do not use your Health Information for any purpose not disclosed in this Notice without first obtaining your consent for that new purpose.
3. Sources of your Health Information
- Directly from you, and only from you, through the app’s account, contraction-timer, kick-counter, and labor-tracking features.
We do not purchase Health Information about you from data brokers, and we do not currently receive Health Information from any connected third-party service, wearable, or health platform.
4. Categories of your Health Information We Share, and With Whom
We share your Health Information only as follows:
- Google LLC, as our infrastructure and processing provider (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions), to operate the app and store your data. Google processes this data on our behalf and under contract; it is not used by Google for its own advertising or analytics purposes.
- Google LLC, via Firebase Crashlytics, for crash-diagnostic reporting only.
- Parties involved with Glorywomb in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
- Law enforcement or government entities, but only pursuant to valid legal process (such as a valid warrant or court order), and not merely a subpoena, unless required by law. See Section 8.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools, and we do not share your Health Information with any analytics provider, ad network, or marketing partner.
5. We Do Not Sell your Health Information
Glorywomb does not sell your Health Information, and does not share it with any advertiser, marketer, or analytics provider.
6. No Geofencing Around Health Care Facilities
We do not implement a geofence around any in-person healthcare facility for the purpose of identifying or tracking when you are seeking healthcare services, collecting your Health Information, or sending notifications, messages, or advertisements to you related to your Health Information or healthcare services, based on your proximity to a healthcare facility.
7. Your Consent
Before we collect Health Information that is not strictly necessary to provide a feature you have requested, and before we share your Health Information with any third party, we will ask for your affirmative, opt-in consent.
8. Law Enforcement and Government Requests
Where legally permissible, Glorywomb requires valid legal process (such as a court order, warrant, or subpoena reviewed by counsel) before disclosing your Health Information to law enforcement or other government entities, and will seek to narrow overbroad requests. Where not prohibited by law, we will attempt to notify you of such a request before complying. We do not respond to informal or non-judicial requests for Health Information.
9. Data Security and Breach Notification
We maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your Health Information. In the event of a breach affecting your Health Information, we will notify you without undue delay.
10. Your Rights
Residents of some states, including Washington and Nevada, have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your Health Information;
- Access your Health Information, including a list of all third parties and specific affiliates with whom we have shared or sold it;
- Withdraw your consent to our collection or sharing of your Health Information;
- Request deletion of your Health Information; and
- Not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising these rights.
The Services may not be able to properly operate if you withdraw your consent to collect your Health Information or if you request deletion of your Health Information. When you delete your account, an automated process permanently deletes your profile, contraction records, kick-count records, labor records, and any uploaded files, together with your authentication record. Where data has been archived or backed up, we will delete it from those systems as soon as reasonably possible.
11. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a request by emailing contact@glorywomb.com or by writing to Glorywomb, LLC, PO Box 66, Republic, MO 65738, United States. We will verify your identity before acting on your request using information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
12. Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing contact@glorywomb.com with the subject line “Health Information Rights Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal, in writing, explaining the reasons for our decision.
13. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. If we make a material change to the categories of Health Information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, or the third parties with whom we share it, we will notify you and, where required, obtain renewed consent before the change takes effect.
